By accessing or using TiedSiren ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TiedSiren is an Android application that blocks access to selected apps for defined time periods. The Service includes the mobile app, website, and any related features or content.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for its intended purpose.
• Not attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the app's blocking mechanisms.
• Provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Strict Mode Disclaimer

TiedSiren's Strict Mode is designed to prevent you from overriding app blocks. By enabling Strict Mode, you acknowledge that you will not be able to access blocked apps or disable the block until the scheduled time expires. TiedSiren is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by your own blocking configuration.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TiedSiren — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by TiedSiren and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

TiedSiren is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed notifications, inaccessible apps during blocking sessions, or data loss.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through the Google Play Store or Stripe. Refund policies are governed by the respective payment platform's terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and deleting your account.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
